(Insects and creepy-crawlies)

  • Comment on the meaning of the word insect in English. Not just the biological class Insecta, but also other small arthropods. This may be different in other languages [1].
  • How do you feel about the following insects — do they frighten you or are you indifferent to them?

  • Some people welcome spiders into their homes as they eat other smaller insects. What do you think of this idea?
