An oral proficiency interview test is a language production test that is conducted by the test taker being interviewed by an examiner, who typically also acts as the test rater. This is currently the main method of accurately measuring speaking proficiency.[1]
Unfortunately, it’s very expensive and time-inefficient.
A good example would be the IELTS speaking test.
