Switzerland (/swɪtzələnd/) is a country in Europe.[1]

For historical reasons, there are 3 national languages, and 4 official languages, i.e. German (62%), French (23%), Italian (8%), plus Romansh (0.5%).[2] In some situations Latin is used as a neutral language.

English is taught as a foreign language, but often may be a 3rd or 4th language for students.
