  • How many different causes of stress can you think of?
  • Most of us probably feel the typical symtoms of stress at some time or another. Isolated, they probably don't mean anything, but together they may suggest a degree of stress. How often do you have the are the following symtoms:
    • Do you feel tired during the day?
    • How well do you sleep at night?
    • Does your stomach hurt?
    • Do you feel nervous or worried about anything in particular?
    • Are you irritable or do you get angry more easily?
    • Do you find it difficult to concentrate?
  • Do you know how to recognize stress in yourself? In other people?
  • Have you ever been under stress? What did you do to overcome it?
  • What would you recommend to someone you know who is under stress?
    • just wait for it to go away
    • do sport
    • go to the doctor for some sort of medication
    • go to a psychologist to learn relaxation techniques
  • Are there certain times of year when you feel more stress?
