Have someone do something is an English lexical-grammatical structure. For example:

"I'll have my lawyer call yours."

"Someone" in the example can be replaced by any semantic agent, not just a person.

This is similar in meaning to have something done, and have something done is the passive voice version of this structure.

Note this meaning is very much different to have to.
