The greengrocer's apostrophe is an error, frequently made by poorly-educated native English speakers (as stereotypical greengrocers in English-speaking countries are), whereby the plural -s morpheme is used with an unnecessary apostrophe, seemingly by analogy with the genitive 's.[1]
e.g. a greengrocer's signs saying "apple's, carrot's, potato's", etc.
