A clbuttic (/kləˈbʌtɪk/) is a malformed nonsense word that can be created when a string of letters is replaced with another string, often as an attempt at censorship. The word clbuttic itself is derived from substitution of "butt" for "ass" into "classic"; this also produces "buttbuttinate" for assassinate, and others.

  • tit-> breast produces "consbreastution" for "constitution"

There's another instance of the homophobic American Family Association replacing the string "gay" with "homosexual", which worked fine until it transformed an article on a 100m race that included American sprinter Tyson Gay who was rendered as "Tyson Homosexual" throughout the article.

It is related to the Scunthorpe problem, but is actually a different thing.

Not sure completely of its relevance here.
