Heh, not it was not ALL from memory. Only the 3.14159265358979323 (17 digits) is from memory. the next 15 digits I grabbed from Wikipedia. Javascap 16:29, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
Back in the dim and distant, when I had to travel to school on a bus, a journey that took roughly 30 mins, I was part of a group that would take part in "how much pi can you remember" contests. To answer your next few questions:
