Truth
Truth (/ˈtru:θ/) is the logical property of being in accord with fact or reality.
The opposite of truth is falsity, whereas falsehood means a lie.[1]
True/false questions demand truth.
A condition is something that considers truth.
In mathematics, there are theorems that have been proven to be true. Whereas in science, things are based on probabilities.
In language learning, expressing the truth is not always necessary. For example, if a student is tasked to write an essay on what they did at the weekend, they could write about an exciting visit to a theme park, even though they stayed at home and watched TV. The teacher is not going to know. Students sometimes may have to be reminded of this, though.
