  • Like: (a) this style is standard in our profession (people who don't know may more profitably learn the standard than something else), (b) leaves spotlight on the error, where it belongs, rather than on some site specific style users don't want to learn and which might confuse them. (c) Hover and pause over the template's asterisk (*)--hover text appears after a second's pause--asterisk links to an explanation page. Also hover and pause over the text of the wrong example--additional hover text by Dr Asterisk ;-). Hover text and the asterisk link will help folks learn, if they don't know yet, the standard meaning of asterisk in this type of context. --Roger 19:00, 14 October 2012 (CDT)
  • It's OK but: Although it is the professional standard I find it a bit too discreet. --Bob M 14:44, 15 October 2012 (CDT)

  • Like. I like this one, too. The dashed underline shows up in printouts, too, while pink background wouldn't. --Roger 20:40, 14 October 2012 (CDT)
  • Like. This one is my favourite. All the floating comments are fantastic by the way.--Bob M 03:25, 15 October 2012 (CDT)
