Autoconfirmed users are Teflpedia:Users who have created an account that meets the criteria:
- $wgAutoConfirmAge (number of seconds account needs to have existed to qualify) - the default is 0
- $wgAutoConfirmCount (number of edits account needs to have to qualify) - the default is 0
