Amphibology (/amfɪ'bɒləʤi/) is ambiguity created grammatically.[1][2]

e.g. the "I shot an elephant in my pyjamas" meaning (1) "I shot an elephant while wearing my pyjamas" or (2) "I shot an elephant that was in my pyjamas".
