In story telling ELT Games students have to invent stories.

The elephant and the butcher
Objective. Improvisation in English.
Procedure. Teacher starts the story, “An elephant went into a butcher’s shop and ...” and calls on a student to supply the next sentence which s/he interrupts at a suitable point with any kind of linking word, e.g., but, so, because, etc. and calls on another student to continue the story and so on round the class.
