Parenting is the process of promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of a child from infancy to adulthood.[1]
The most common caretakers in parenting are the biological parent(s) of the child in question, although a surrogate may instead parent.
Parenting involves oversight of the child’s education, which often includes foreign language learning, in particular learning English as a foreign language.
