Majority language

A majority language is a language spoken by the majority of people in a jurisdiction.

Most places have majority languages, although it's possible to lack a majority language and instead have multiple minority languages.

English is a majority language in a significant number of places, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
