Lowercase X is the lowercase letter X, i.e. x.
Lowercase X is a turtle letter.
The stroke order is either:
- Down diagonally from the middle
- Back down diagonally from the middle
Or...
- Round from the middle to the baseline
- Back round from the middle to the baseline like the letter C, intersecting stroke 1.
The latter type of X is particularly useful in mathematics, as it avoids confusion with the times symbol.
