International English

From Teflpedia

Of the many Englishes spoken and used all over the world, International English, also known as Global English, is the latest in a long line of attempts to simplify the English language and aim towards the cultural neutrality of world English.

These constructed languages include Ogden's Basic English in the late 1920s-early 1930s and the International Civil Aviation Organisation's modern-day airline English.[1]
