Interactive whiteboard

From Teflpedia

An interactive whiteboard (IWB) is a large display connected to a computer and a projector that projects the computer’s desktop onto the IWB.

While boardwork traditionally refers to the effective classroom use of the blackboard, such use, or that of its modern versions, flipcharts, transparencies, whiteboards/wipeboards and PowerPoint, may be giving way to the IWB, which allows for greater interaction between teachers and students.
