ILR scale

The ILR scale is a language proficiency rating scale used by the Interagency Language Roundtable of the United States Government.[1]
There are six levels, numbered 0–5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 the highest. They are named as follows:

1 | Elementary proficiency |
2 | Limited working proficiency |
3 | Professional working proficiency |
4 | Full professional proficiency |
5 | Native or bilingual proficiency |
