An MFL teacher or foreign language teacher is a teacher who specialises in the teaching of one or more modern foreign languages, such as English.
EFL teachers are MFL teachers. And there are probably more EFL teachers than teachers of any other single language.
MFL teachers may or may not be native speakers of their subject language. There are native-speaking MFL teachers and non-native-speaking MFL teachers.
