Consonant digraph

From Teflpedia

A consonant digraph is a digraph that represents a consonant sound.

Typically, in English these are formed from two consonant letters, such as ⟨p⟩+⟨h⟩ --> ⟨ph⟩ but can also be a consonant letter + vowel letter, especially ⟨qu⟩ and ⟨gu⟩.
