Children’s books are books intended for children. They often have graded language, and lots of pictures to aid comprehension. The themes are often child-friendly, but that makes them less suitable for teens (big affective filter!) or adults. But they’re great for teaching young learners!
Young adult books are intended for teenagers and above.
