Bilabial stop

From Teflpedia

A bilabial stop (/ˈbaɪˈlæbɪəl ˈstɒp/) is a plosive (a type of consonant sound) made with the lips together (bilabial). There are two of these in English, which form a consonant pair; the unvoiced bilabial stop /p/ and a voiced bilabial stop /b/.
