Bilabial

From Teflpedia

A bilabial (/ˈbaɪˈlabɪəl/) is speech sound with place of articulation being both lips.[1]

In standard English phonemes, there are three of these; the bilabial nasal sound /m/, and two stops, a voiced bilabial stop /b/ and a voiceless bilabial stop /p/.
