⟨z⟩

From Teflpedia

⟨z⟩ is an English consonant monograph consisting of a single letter Z.

This fairly reliably sounds a z phoneme /z/. One exception is Spanish place name Ibiza /aɪˈbi:.θə/ (or even /aɪˈbi:.fə/ with th-fronting).

It can be doubled to ⟨zz⟩.
