ICT are the initials for Information and Communication Technologies. ICTs are a key element in e-Learning programmes.
Information and communication technologies (ICT) is an umbrella term used to cover all the technical means for processing and communicating information. Within TEFL this is most often used to cover such digital technologies as computers, internet, recording devices (visual & audio), Interactive Whiteboards (IWBs), data storage and a host of other media and hardware.
