CELTYL is an acronym for the Certificate in English Language Teaching to Young Learners. It is one of the University of Cambridge TEFL Qualifications.

It is an initial qualification for people with little or no previous teaching experience and is aimed at those wishing to teach younger students. Cambridge intends to withdraw it from January 2011 and it will be replaced by the YL (young learner) extension to CELTA.
